The Park Place Venue comfortably holds up to 120 seated guests with space for dancing, catering, and décor.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your preferred licensed caterers, DJs, decorators, or bartenders. We also offer a trusted list of recommended vendors.

What does the rental include?

All rentals include:

    •    Round guest tables and banquet tables

    •    Elegant Crystal Clear Chiavari chairs

    •    Prep kitchen access

    •    On-site staff during your event

    •    Set-up and cleanup time (within your rental window)

Is décor or event planning included?

Décor and planning are available as add-on services. We’ll gladly connect you with our in-house planner or trusted vendors.

Is a retainer required to book?

Yes, a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer(typically 25–30%) are required to secure your date.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes! We provide ample free parking directly on-site.

Can we host our ceremony and reception in one place?

Absolutely. Our flexible layout makes it easy to host both in one beautifully transformed space.
