Owner/Designer

Carla is highly educated with a master’s degrees in business management and business administration. She has a background in hospitality, event coordination and brings a dynamic blend of operational expertise, creative vision, and client-first service to every event. She is also a Certified Event Designer, Luxury Master Designer, Floor Wrap Designer, Certified Event Planner, and Balloon Artist.

Passionate about creating memorable experiences, Carla works closely with clients, vendors, and staff to bring unique visions to life, whether it’s an elegant wedding, a high-energy concert, or a corporate gala. Known for her attention to detail and calm under pressure, Carla is a trusted point of contact from the first consultation to the final guest goodbye.

When not on-site, Carla is often scouting trends in event design, refining vendor partnerships, or dreaming up ways to elevate the guest experience.

Rosalind Broomfield

Assistant/Designer

Rosalind is a trusted assistant and part of the team, known for her consistency, creativity, and behind-the-scenes support that helps bring every event together seamlessly. Working closely alongside Carla, she ensures no detail is overlooked and that each moment flows with ease and intention.

With a natural talent for organization and an eye for design, Rosalind helps coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and bring visual concepts to life—always with a calm, capable presence that clients and vendors alike appreciate. Her thoughtful approach and hands-on support allow the team to deliver polished, personalized events from start to finish.

Outside of events, Rosalind enjoys exploring fresh ideas for decor, streamlining systems for smoother operations, and staying tuned into the latest event trends. Her quiet leadership and dedication make her an essential part of every successful celebration.

What is the venue’s guest capacity?

The Park Place Venue comfortably holds up to 120 seated guests with space for dancing, catering, and décor.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your preferred licensed caterers, DJs, decorators, or bartenders. We also offer a trusted list of recommended vendors.

What does the rental include?

All rentals include:

    •    Round guest tables and banquet tables

    •    Elegant Crystal Clear Chiavari chairs

    •    Prep kitchen access

    •    On-site staff during your event

    •    Set-up and cleanup time (within your rental window)

Is décor or event planning included?

Décor and planning are available as add-on services. We’ll gladly connect you with our in-house planner or trusted vendors.

Is a retainer required to book?

Yes, a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer(typically 25–30%) are required to secure your date.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes! We provide ample free parking directly on-site.

Can we host our ceremony and reception in one place?

Absolutely. Our flexible layout makes it easy to host both in one beautifully transformed space.
