She is also a Certified Event Designer, Luxury Master Designer, Floor Wrap Designer, Certified Event Planner, and Balloon Artist. As the Owner of Park Place event planning and venue, Carla Diggs brings a dynamic blend of operational expertise, creative vision, and client-first service to every event. With a background in hospitality and event coordination.

Passionate about creating memorable experiences, Carla works closely with clients, vendors, and staff to bring unique visions to life along with her assistant, Rosalind Broomfield. Whether it’s an elegant wedding, a high-energy concert, or a corporate gala. Known for their attention to detail and calm under pressure, Carla is a trusted point of contact from the first consultation to the final guest goodbye.

When not on-site, Carla is often scouting trends in event design, refining vendor partnerships, or dreaming up ways to elevate the guest experience.
